Okay...so I changed my mind about journaling for tonight!
As I wrote earlier, I think of offering/being peace as I hold Joyce's idea of "Offering the Cup". If I am truly offering compassion from a place of wholeness and health, then it seems to me...that peace would also be an element of this offering. I was blessed by this video today, and I wanted to share it with others as the day draws to a close.
This whole Cup of Compassion...how perfect to be reading, reflecting on this during Holy Week.
Lord, please, just keep stretching me and opening me so that I might give from my true self without any extra stuff that is "mine." AMEN.
